Got transaction id 453241723 in purchase of auto, skeptical about this being real through Yahoo Finance, security, trade team. Is this on up and up? If I send money or whatever they guarantee deal or money back?

pay for the car when you pick it up.
i have no clue what yahoo finance is, but be very cautious of buying any high ticket item over the internet without knowing if it’s actually legit or not.
PS if the deal looks to good to be true then chances are it is and it’s a scam.
If it smells like a scam, looks like a scam, its a SCAM!!!
